“海洋生物地球化学”引智基地（2007-2023）主要研究领域为海洋生物地球化学的过程与机制。基地为实验室提供了一个稳定的交流合作平台，通过海外专家与实验室科研骨干的交流与融合，促进开展高水平、整合性的合作研究；通过联合培养博士研究生，提升实验室培养高层次人才的能力；通过技术人员出访学习，加强支撑队伍素质建设。

The international collaborative project on Marine Biogeochemistry (2007-2023) focuses on marine biogeochemical processes and mechanisms. It provides MEL scientists, technicians, staff and students with an excellent platform for dynamic academic exchange and cooperation with overseas institutions. Thanks to this project, international and MEL scientists have formed strong partnerships for in depth collaborations. These collaborative activities have thus far included research, student exchanges, and technical and academic staff training with a number of international and regional institutions.
