Mini workshop shall aim at hot topics or latest emerging research areas. At least 3 speakers shall be included in a proposal.
Co-conveners are preferably from different institutions. The maximum number of co-conveners is 4 per session/ mini-workshop.
Co-conveners are encouraged to submit abstracts to their own session as well as other sessions.
The SAC/LOC may request revisions to some proposals.
Session/min-workshop convener's scheduling requests will be considered by SAC/LOC but cannot be guaranteed to be accommodated.
